Technical Business Analyst

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their remote team. The role involves serving as a liaison between business units and technology, defining and documenting business and technical requirements, and collaborating with scrum teams to establish technical vision and ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities: Serve as the liaison between business units, technology, and support teams to ensure alignment on goals and Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science; 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst; 3+ years of experience participating in successful scrum projects; Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including Order to Cash, Inventory Management, and Accounting; Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating and technical skills; Understanding of various payment mechanisms; Strong analytical and product management skills, including ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into features, stories, and functional requirements; Ability to drive scrum estimating techniques to develop project estimates with the input of project teams; Leadership and organizational skills required to drive projects to successful completion and resolve issues as necessary; Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers and subject matter experts; Strong presentation skills Required Skills: Business Analysis, Scrum, NetSuite, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Accounting, Payment mechanisms, Analytical skills, Product Management, Requirements Gathering, User Story Development, Acceptance Testing
