They are seeking a ServiceNow Systems Analyst to design business-focused solutions in ServiceNow, ensuring that systems are efficient and effective in supporting organizational goals. Responsibilities: Designs business-focused solutions in ServiceNow to ensure systems meet Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in process definition, developing system requirements, documentation, and project artifacts; Proven analyst experience across a range of ServiceNow modules including Field Service Management, Customer Service Management, Technology Provider Service Management, Project Portfolio Management, IT Service Management, and Hardware Asset Management; Proven experience leading workshops, discovery calls, gathering and documenting requirements, and influencing decision makers at senior levels; Ability to provide technical guidance across stakeholders while working closely with delivery teams; Understanding of ServiceNow modules, integrations, capabilities, and platform technologies; Strong organizational and time management abilities with a track record of communicating complex ideas effectively across a large organization; Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements Required Skills: ServiceNow, ServiceNow Field Service Management, ServiceNow Customer Service Management, ServiceNow Technology Provider Service Management, ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management, ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Process definition, System requirements documentation, Workshop facilitation, Technical guidance, ServiceNow integrations, ServiceNow platform technologies
