User Acceptance Tester

Paradigm is an accountable specialty care management organization focused on improving the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses. They are seeking a full-time User Acceptance Tester responsible for planning, documenting, executing, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing activities across business-critical systems. Responsibilities: Collaborates with QA, business systems analysts, developers and business users to coordinate and complete UAT; Analyze and interpret business Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with user acceptance testing methodologies and testing lifecycle processes; Proven ability to author and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios, including negative and edge-case testing; Practiced managing multiple testing efforts concurrently in a fast-paced, agile environment; Creative, flexible, and able to work well in a dynamic, high-paced team environment; Decision-making, clinical reasoning, and critical-thinking skills; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; Ability to prioritize and multi-task; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Proven interpersonal and leadership skills; Ability to function as a member of a team; Able to work with little supervision; Excellent attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail; Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems & Office products; Ability to use AI as an assistant, not a replacement, in your day-to-day work Required Skills: User Acceptance Testing, Test case authoring, Azure DevOps, SQL querying, Analytical skills
