Software Engineer II - QA Automation

Truist is a financial services company seeking a Software Engineer II specializing in QA Automation. The role involves leading automated testing efforts, overseeing testing teams, and ensuring software quality through various testing methodologies in an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Leads automated testing of application software to identify areas of improvement opportunity; Directs testing, measures, and reports testing status via test summary and defect reporting; Lead the testing Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and four to seven years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience; In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices; Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function; Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices; Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates; Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information; Strong verbal and written communication skills Required Skills: Automated Testing, Selenium, Agile Methodology, Salesforce
