Software Developer

Zoom Communications is a leading company in collaboration technology, and they are seeking a Software Developer to build scalable web and cloud systems. The role involves designing and developing backend services, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities: Designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs that support core platform functionality; Building responsive, accessible user interfaces that elevate user experience across devices; Optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed, cloud-based systems. Implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure cloud deployments; Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions; Maintaining high code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and observability best practices; Exploring and integrating AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and problem-solving Qualifications: Have BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or 1-3 years of relevant professional experience; Demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js; Apply knowledge of frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js to build performant interfaces; Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs for scalable integrations; Utilize relational and non-relational databases effectively for data integrity and performance; Use version control and CI/CD practices to ensure high-quality code delivery; Employ AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation; Leverage experience with Microservices, event-driven systems, or infrastructure-as-code for expanded impact Required Skills: Java, Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, React.js, Vue.js, Microservices, CI/CD, AI-assisted tools, Version control, Relational databases, Non-relational databases
