Paradigm is a software company transforming the way the residential, construction and building product industries operate across the globe. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Delivery to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that modernize technology and optimize processes, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on outcomes. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across ideation, discovery, design, build, user acceptance, launch and post-launch phases; Translate strategic goals into clear delivery plans, milestones, and execution paths; Proactively manage scope changes, timelines, dependencies, and risks across teams; Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates; highlight tradeoffs, options, and recommendations to support decision-making at all levels; Act as the primary delivery partner for product, engineering, design, and customer/services stakeholders; Lead delivery conversations with internal and external partners, including customers when applicable; Drive planning and resourcing conversations across teams; proactively identify capacity constraints; Track workloads, dependencies, and delivery health; communicate impacts and options clearly; Facilitate delivery rituals and working sessions, ensuring strong follow-through on action items; Establish and maintain clear delivery artifacts as the single source of truth; Ensure consistent delivery hygiene (status reporting, meeting notes, action tracking); Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches as appropriate to the initiative and customer context; Improve delivery effectiveness by enhancing project management practices, templates, tooling, and reporting; Provide strong risk and issue management by identifying tracking, escalating, and mitigating delivery, technical, and operational risk items that could impact timelines, outcomes, or quality; Partner with product and engineering to define mitigation plans; Maintain clear visibility into dependencies across initiatives and teams, ensuring risks are surfaced early and managed actively; Balance progress with quality, ensuring commitments are realistic and achievable; Support the growth of less experienced team members by mentoring, assisting with training, and acting as a resource - model strong operational rigor and help the team scale consistent practices Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in project or delivery management; Experience delivering projects rooted in technology and process optimization (enterprise digital initiatives, platform work, system modernization, workflow/process change); Experience operating across multiple concurrent initiatives; Experience operating in customer-facing or services-driven environments; Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); Ability to build consensus and drive accountability across teams without direct authority; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable updates; Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing demands; Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable executing work at both tactical and strategic levels Required Skills: Agile Methodologies, Delivery Management, Project Management, Software Development Lifecycle, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Common PM Tooling
