Senior Integrations Engineer

Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and they're building a team to enhance their AI-driven solutions. The Senior Integrations Engineer will own integration delivery for customers, manage vendor relationships, and resolve production integration issues while also building necessary assets for scaling integration delivery. Responsibilities: Own integration delivery for customers from post-sale through go-live: scoping the integration path, validating configuration (auth setup, tenant and environment validation, allowlisting, callback/redirect setup, granular permissions, document store configuration), testing in sandbox and live environments, and driving to completion; Scope integration approaches for new CMS partners, prototype solutions, and deliver technical Qualifications: 3-5+ years building, configuring, and debugging production API integrations (REST APIs, pagination, rate limiting, retry logic); Experience owning implementation delivery end-to-end, not just building integrations but driving them to completion with customers; Proficiency in Python or Node.js (Python Required Skills: API integrations, REST APIs, Pagination, Rate limiting, Retry logic, Python, Node.js, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Token refresh cycles, Permission/scoping troubleshooting, Webhooks, Data mapping across systems
