Senior Full Stack Engineer (React / .NET)

The role involves developing and integrating APIs, maintaining full stack applications, and collaborating with teams to deliver solutions. Responsibilities: Build and maintain full stack applications using React and .NET Core; Develop and integrate APIs and web services; Work on healthcare data integrations across systems and platforms; Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions; Support deployments, production issues, and ongoing enhancements; Contribute to architecture and technical decisions Qualifications: 10+ years of software development experience; Strong experience with React and .NET Core / C#; Experience with APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL; Experience working across frontend and backend systems; Experience with Git and CI/CD tools; Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Required Skills: React, .NET Core / C#, APIs, SQL, Git, CI/CD tools, Healthcare experience, EDI, HL7, FHIR
