Revenue Platform Engineer

SHI International Corp. is a global provider of IT solutions and services, committed to helping organizations change the world through technology. The Revenue Platform Engineer builds internal applications that power workflows and analytics across the Spend Optimization Services organization, focusing on creating scalable applications that support revenue processes and decision making. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end design and development of internal applications that support revenue workflows (e.g., CPQ, order closure, and product catalog), from initial prototype through deployment and iteration; Implement application logic that translates business processes and Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in Software Engineering, Software Development, or a related field; Experience developing full-stack applications using modern web frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or similar technologies; Experience building application logic, APIs, and scalable application architectures; Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure; Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub; Experience working with relational databases and designing application data models; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable technical solutions; Ability to collaborate across engineering, analytics, and business teams; Ability to travel 10%; The ability to understand and utilize cloud computing technologies, including virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models, to implement and manage scalable cloud solutions; The ability to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting and programming languages to automate tasks and develop software solutions; The ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions by leveraging systems and infrastructure effectively; The ability to systematically identify, document, and manage the technical needs and specifications of a project by engaging with stakeholders and analyzing business objectives to ensure successful project outcomes; Proficiency in implementing and managing DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and monitoring to enhance the collaboration between development and operations teams; Proficiency in using SQL for database management, including tasks such as querying, updating, and managing relational databases to efficiently handle data retrieval and manipulation; Proficiency in utilizing Platforms as a Service (PaaS) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, including tasks such as application hosting, database integration, and development tool support; Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services highly Required Skills: Cloud Computing, Virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Programming, Scripting, Software Development, Systems Design, Infrastructure Management, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring, SQL, Relational Databases, Object-Relational Mapping, Test-Driven Development, Full-Stack Development, React.js, Angular, API Development, Application Architecture, Microsoft Azure, GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines
