Places Technology Services - Software Engineer

Apple is a leading technology company known for its innovative products and services. The Places Team is seeking a Software Engineer to transform corporate office spaces and maintain high-quality services. The role involves hands-on development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring applications are set up for long-term success. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of full-stack web applications using modern technologies; Assist in building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript; Help create responsive user interfaces using frontend frameworks; Collaborate with team members to implement new features and fix bugs; Write clean, readable code and learn best practices through code reviews; Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve your skills; Document your work and share learnings with the team Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience (internships, bootcamps, or personal projects count); Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience; Basic understanding of JavaScript and willingness to learn TypeScript; Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and how the web works; Exposure to at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, or Svelte) through coursework or projects; Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn Required Skills: JavaScript, Frontend frameworks, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Curiosity, Enthusiasm, Collaborative work
