Founding AI Engineer-Generative Video

INFOTRON is an innovative AI Video Production startup, and they are seeking a Founding AI Engineer to build AI systems that generate high-quality animations and motion graphics. This role involves designing ML pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and deploying production AI systems. Responsibilities: Build and optimize generative AI models for animation creation; Develop evaluation frameworks for animation quality; Design fine-tuning pipelines for style-consistent motion graphics; Collaborate with motion designers to translate design knowledge into ML systems; Ship production-ready ML systems and AI features Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering or related engineering roles; Strong experience working with AI/ML systems or generative models; Ability to build production-ready ML systems and pipelines; Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or shipping production software; Strong programming and problem-solving skills; Experience working at a top-tier high-growth startup, leading technology company, or elite tech company or AI-focused product company; Strong programming skills (Python or modern backend languages); Experience with machine learning systems or generative AI models; Ability to work independently and own technical projects Required Skills: Machine learning, AI engineering, Generative AI models, ML pipelines, Evaluation frameworks, Python, Backend programming languages, Production-ready ML systems
