Job Description

PPG is looking for a Digital Product Manager – Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform across multiple business units worldwide. The role involves maximizing the value of Sales Cloud through strong adoption and scalable architecture while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a standardized global solution for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships. Responsibilities: Drive product decisions based on business impact, user needs and platform best practices; Define and own the Sales Cloud product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with global commercial strategy and customer engagement goals; Continuously evaluate platform capabilities to identify opportunities for process optimization, scalability, and business value creation; Monitor Salesforce releases and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement; Own the product backlog and prioritization for Sales Cloud enhancements across multiple business units; Prioritize initiatives based on business value, field impact, cross-business alignment, and technical feasibility; Translate business Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner responsible for Salesforce Sales Cloud in an enterprise environment; Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce implementations or large-scale platform rollouts; Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and commercial performance metrics; Experience working in cross-functional environments with business, IT, and external implementation partners; Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units; Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant; Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data models; Experience working within Agile (SAFe or Scrum) delivery frameworks; Ability to engage in technical discussions with integration teams, ERP teams, and architects; Strategic product thinking; Stakeholder influence and leadership; Enterprise platform governance; Agile product delivery; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Ability to balance global standardization with business needs Required Skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Administrator certification, Sales Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce architecture, Salesforce integrations, Salesforce data models, Agile delivery frameworks, SAFe, Scrum, Sales process understanding, Pipeline management, Commercial performance metrics, Enterprise platform governance, Stakeholder influence
