Business Analyst - Project Management

Appriss Retail is a leading provider of retail loss solutions, helping organizations improve operational decisions through high-quality data. The Business Analyst will support project delivery by providing data-driven insights, reporting, and forecasting to enhance operational excellence within the Project Management team. Responsibilities: Design and maintain monthly and quarterly reports on project performance, timelines, and resource utilization; Develop and optimize dashboards in Jira and other BI tools to visualize key metrics (e.g., Time to Value, Project Cost, Backlog Trends); Support executive-level reporting with clear summaries and visualizations; Analyze historical data to forecast go-live date shifts, resource availability, and workload distribution; Collaborate with PMs to refine project planning models using real-time data; Ensure data integrity across Jira and related systems through regular audits and reconciliation; Maintain and improve data pipelines for tracking QA/UAT results, implementation workflows, and project milestones (e.g., Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field; 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a project management or operations environment; Proficiency with Jira, Excel, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, eazyBI); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Required Skills: Jira, Data Analysis, BI/Reporting Tools, Excel, Communication Skills, Collaboration Skills, Problem-Solving Skills
